You can have both the device is a NEW version and has IMPROVED some features or added functionality.
"I attribute the continued lack of security to poor memory among VA's senior management"
So they are saying the reason for this is that the VA had a SENIOR moment. HAHA
I think what he was trying to say is that if you download a 1gig file via FTP or http there is only 1gig of transfer total. But if the file is downloaded from a p2p network that you will still have 1gig sent to you but you also will upload some of the file now making the total transfer more than 1gig.
Lets see I have a Nokia 6061 that I got in 2005. I have dropped it multiple times, kicked it, dropped it in a big puddle of water, and had it in my pocket when stuck in the rain at a concert and used at that time.
I paid $0 for it use it 24/7 never turning it off and it still works like the day I got it, it just does not look as good as it did.
"I would never want to lose a "reasonable expectation of privacy" in my home"
I agree but that is a totally different issue that then falls into laws regarding voyeurism.
I think that it is a good idea since the developer essentially owns 1% of the property that will then require them to insure the property. In doing so if you live in the house long enough the amount paid by them for insurance will equal the amount they get back.
Also it will open them up for liability if someone gets hurt on the property and sues they will be brought up on charges. Sine the developer has more to lose they will hire the best Lawyers they can to defend the property.
What if the person who partially owns the property stops paying and there are leans on the house then the developer will have to deal with that.
It IS a great idea!
HAha "watch".
Did you just "watch" that guy rob that old lady and then steal that kids bike to get away? I did.
Watching does not call for any action other than looking.
I use openDNS it is a great service and can be set up to block (actually give a warning before loading) potentially malicious sites.
Okay, I will give you that but when reading remove all starting ands then tell me if it sounds better.
If not I would make a change.
You wrote "...receive remuneration for that activity. AND yet, I am concerned about the state of US copyright law..."
Do not start a sentence with "AND", 99.9% of the time if the and is removed it sounds better and is more correct. I actually mark out "And" in many books (unless used in speech) and if there are to many of them I think the author is ignorant for using improper English and stop reading.
Thanks for listening Mike this has been something that has bothered me for some time reading Techdirt.
To deal with wanting to use real life settings you send a letter to the store stating that you want there permission to use the location in a book. In the letter you state that in the back after the end you will have a short page about the store and the address or website if they want, also state that in the event permission is not granted competitor X will be receiving the same offer of free advertising in the book.
It matters what the monkey had for breakfast.
The only reason that I see that the Journal of Medical Ethics would suggest that doctors do not use social networking is because of HIPAA. Doctor's can talk all they want about patients and there issues but as soon as any identifying information is given that is a violation. So by not having a social networking account it prevents patients from friending there doctor and asking questions or identifying them as being a patient.
I see this as a way for doctors to protect themselves from stupid patients.
No they would be using you they take your energy and nutrients from your body and getting free transportation. Should change the state for rent... Could renting your body be considered prostitution though?
Great idea tax the company based on market share, annual revenue, and lack of security. The biggest problem... the general public will still pay for it since companies just pass the cost to the consumer.
Even if the markings are the same on the ball it is only 2/5 of LV's pattern. I think that Hyundai should try and claim that it was a horatian satirical parody (criticize some vice in society (oftentimes identified as foolish rather than evil) through gentle, mild, and light-hearted humor).
Is it not funny that a luxury textile company is suing a company who is trying to bring luxury to those who can't normally afford luxury items? All over a product that LV does not make?
The commercial would have been more effective if they would have used a golden basketball rim and a normal ball. Unless they were wanting to get free advertising by this lawsuit.
No it could be fun. Use it to game the system. Post messages such as just left my house after arming the security system that has CCTV cameras, I hope my German Shepard, and Pitbull will behave today.
I drink Pabst it is good cheap beer currently it is still one of the few American beers and I believe it is union ran.
