  Now try to get corporate suits and stockholders who know nothing about gaming to understand this concept, that when you make it more difficult for your paying customers, they are often forced to pirate just to get a working version of the product they purchased.

  EA is right for once

  While I think most trademark lawsuits are bullshit, like the Scrolls one, in this case, I think Electronic Arts has a case because they really are so similar, it almost seems as though Energy Armor is doing it on purpose. Plus Energy Armor is a scam, so that won't look very good in the eyes of a court.

  AT&T should reply to the DOJ "Well duh, that's the entire point. Get rid of competition so you can give worse service while charging more money. That's what we do in North America."

  It was another lobbying effort

  The real reason behind this is that Gibson's top market competitor is C.F. Martin & Co who is a Democrat supporter who has contributed to their campaigns. Thus, when Martin asked his politician friends to go raid Gibson for X reason, they did so, much like ICE with the RIAA/MPAA. Of course, Martin uses the same wood in their guitars, but they weren't raided.
  
  So, as we see, if you contribute to the right politicians, whether you want to call it campaign contributions or lobbying (it's all bribery), you can then use the US Government as your own personal police force to go after your competitors.
  
  The US Government, they are for sale.

  What about all the other sites that have "like" options like StumbleUpon, Tumblr, Google+1, Reddit, Digg, etc. This is just a horrible ruling even though I do hate Facebook for their privacy policy.

  Quick and Easy Fix

  Here's the quick and easy fix. Find people who are related to these politicians. Arrest them for violating these retarded laws that should have never been passed. Watch how quickly they get things to change.
  
  Politicians never care about any one else unless it effects them. So make sure it effects them in a very real and negative way, like it does for the rest of society, and maybe these corrupt bastards will change their mind. Start tossing them and their families in jail.
