It’s very easy to sit back and comment, “should have got a lawyer”. It’s presumptuous to assume Mansell didn’t contact a lawyer. As the BAM reps stated; the cost of fighting a multimillion dollar corporation would quickly exceed the value of the money he’s owed, Even if he were to somehow be made whole without going broke; it wouldn’t have brought to light the actual issue at hand that has garnered the internet’s undivided attention— Bricks and Minifigs is run by some truly despicable individuals who have been operating outside the law to take advantage of it’s own franchisees and patrons. This is what’s important and this why we are commenting on an article that would have never been written if the parties involved would have called a lawyer and the lawyer would have been able to resolve this (which I doubt. I’ve used lawyers a number of times and they are far from a one stop shop for solving problems). So good job! You repeated the author’s sentiment and the title of this article in the comment section. Did you watch the videos? Did you read the article? I’m guessing not because if you did you would understand how lame this advice is.
