I have seen Mike challenge anonymous commentors to disclose their own information when they argue against anonymity, but I haven't ever seen anyone's identify revealed on here. Cite your source.
That's not correct. Communications companies have always been safe from that type of prosecution. That was settled when all we had were giant land lines.
No. I expected them to take down my comment about it, and pass it on up. A communications company referring me to their legal department by way of the U.S. Postal service is completely absurd.
I just spoke with T-Mobile, and they insisted that they're not censoring messages, not going to court, know nothing about this. I quoted the Wired article and was suddenly referred to their legal department, who can only be reached by U.S. Mail. Yeah.
Assuming that they understood what Pedobear was.
That bear seriously freaked me out when I was a kid.
You know what? That bear still freaks me out.

Wait, wasn't that child molester named Dr. Ann de Wees Allen? or is that a different Dr. Ann de Wees Allen? Man, I sure hope that Dr. Ann de Wees Allen get this cleared up.

If she believes that using names and logos are illegal, then why is she doing it to a dozen other companies and organizations???
Then those laws should target the parents, not people who have no control over your children.
Lego has the superior Lego-style product, but there are several other building block styles that are superior, less pricey, and hurt less when you step on them. :)
I agree. It seems like Aronson should be suing Turbow for selling stolen property, or some such.
Many people make money, even in places where their intent wasn't to make money. Mother Theresa made money - she was sent thousands of dollars yearly from people. Were her interests commercial because she made money from them? Or were they non-commercial because making money wasn't her intent? In this case, is Moore's intent to educate the public, or to make money?
Don't forget about 'resident'.
Whatever your opinion on goatse, Consumerist rocks.
I'm sorry... The advantages of paper over stone are huge compared to the advantages of digital on a specific reader device over paper.
Regardless, only a very limited amount of people debated stone vs. paper.
