Um...the publishing house is purchasing publishing rights to four specific written works of hers, said purchase may or may not include foreign language rights, ebooks, etc, that's part of negotiation and its also what an agent is for. I'm quite sure that at this point she has very competent representation. Additionally, the publishers is buying /these/ works. Not other works that she may produce. She could easily write a book to self-publish in between each of those four books she's contracted for, as long as she doesn't fail to live up to her end of the contract.
I'm not sure I fully understand why, under the techdirt doctrine, the video itself shouldn't be made available for free download, thus allowing anyone so interested to create their own prints of any frame they like.
Of course the election wasn't a referendum on net neutrality. That said, given the results of the election, it couldn't be any deader unless it was the corpse of Abraham Lincoln.
Youtify deserves to be put out of business for the simple reason that they thought 'Youtify' was a good name.

Of course you can program it. The SDK is available right from the main Apple iPad page. $99 and for that you can develop for the iPhone as well.
