  on Canadian Supreme Court Tosses Out Politician's Libel Lawsuit Against Yahoo

  I am in the process of trying to get one dissmissed in Ontario now. I live in Florida and the Plaintiffs' are trying to claim Ontario jurisdiction. A newspaper even had a hand in temporarily shutting down my First Amendment right.
