    It never fails to astound me at your sadistic glee in chronicling the latest ruling from the corrupt District Courts, but only if it's against voters and vote fraud.

    Your rousing embrace of the corrupt court's assertion that 150 million voters have no interest in honest, fraud-free elections, and thus have no "standing" and cannot be represented in a suit is similarly comical.

    As usual I am mystified by your promiscuous of the Antifa word "grifter." In this case you seem to think that lawyers who raised money for their case spent it instead of on expert witnesses (or other legal costs) but really must have spent it on hookers and blow in Aruga.

    Of course, neither you nor the court knows what it was spent on and therefore it is obviously not a grift and attorneys are not grifters but for unknown reasons you guys seem to think that the term is a damning indictment that proves in your mind, everything whatever that is.

    Your article also claimed that Powell and Wood were sanctioned but your lead back to your own articles claiming that they might be. It's remarkable to watch all of the back-flips you do especially on the reputations of these esteemed Esq's.

    Obviously there's no shame in your persona. You'll write anything if Trump has anything to do with it. Anything.

    Someone who works for a media site partly or fully financed by Russia or any other country is not automatically a liar, an automaton, or a propagandist. Was Larry King a Russian agent?

    Maddow claimed that the OAN person was. That was a smear. That was pure defamation.

    Meaning that claiming someone is a Russian agent simply because they did reporting for Sputnik is defamation. Meaning it's not bullshit.

    Instead of celebrating corruption in the judiciary, why not support justice. Because you know.....they coming for you one day.

    Qualified immunity is NOT a protection against "bad" cops.

    It IS a protection against frivolous law suits that any cop would be forced to spend 1000's of dollars to defend against.

    Try to understand.

    Say that anything you write about anything would be subject to immediate and numerous law suits, each one you would have to defend using attorneys paid on your own dime.

    That would curtail your writing and reporting. The same happens to law enforcement.

    Thinking or writing that it is any thing else than the destruction of an occupation? That's madness on your part.

    There used to be a bumper sticker, it was an answer to the common bumper stickers of America, love it or leave it. The alternative was: America, change it or lose it.

    Always in previous times if even 20 people died after being vaccinated that was sufficient to halt vaccinations. So now, it's in the thousands and you write that we need to censor that news?

    Never ceases to amaze me how, it it's conservative expression, Tech Dirt is all-in for censorship. It would be hilarious if it wasn't so short-sighted and mean-spirited.

    Now Tech Dirt takes it to another level with Boomer Bashing.

    But take heart. There's still a lot of room for putting down every other group who has a different point of view than the standard Williamsburg aging Gen-X'er.

    I'm sure when the censors start censoring you it will be a surprise, but I've been surprised for a few years now that Tech Dijrt can't stick to copyright and patent nonsense, broadband monopolies, and a few other topics that they know something about. It's a surprise, the mission creep.
