I’d normally rebut all your bullshit, but I’m getting so sick of seeing you deny reality in favor of your emotional support fantasy, so I’m just going to call you what you are and be on my way. You’re one weird motherfucker who needs to leave. You’re not welcome here, and frankly, it’s long past time Mike put a stop to your sick sociopathic shit.

The GOP is a death cult. But I didn’t think they were willing to actually condone the American military murdering American citizens on American soil.

ICE has nothing to fear in “red states” because those are the states where ICE is practically welcome to do as they please. They’re the same states that voted for Trump and his “Mass Deportation Now” promises; why wouldn’t ICE be able to walk around unbothered in such places?

How am I imagining myself the victim here if I’m a born-and-raised American born to American citizens who doesn’t even live in LA? My point is that if the LAPD, ICE, the National Guard, and/or the Marines kill one of the undocumented immigrants they’re rounding up, you—being a part of the GOP death cult—would have absolutely no problem with their death because you see that immigrant not as a person, but as a pest to be either ejected from the country or eradicted to prevent further “infestation”. That’s who you are, Koby: a sociopath who doesn’t care if people you see as “the enemy” are killed by your always righteous, always correct, always morally superior Dear Leader and the loyal lackeys of his regime. You wanna know what’s funny? I see all these stories about people leaving various government agencies because they don’t want to be seen as collaborting with or acting in service of the Trump regime. None of those stories are about ICE agents. All the thuggery, the fearmongering, all the morally repugnant bullshit—like blackbagging college students off the street—is what they want to be doing. They want to hurt people, even if you (or they) don’t see those people as people. They want violence to happen so they have an excuse to hurt people worse…or even kill them, for that matter. What do they have to worry about? They could slaughter a whole room of undocumented immigrants and Trump would pardon them for running “pest control”. So remember this, Koby: You’re putting an awful lot of trust in the idea that the leopards won’t eat your face when they’re hungry and yours is the only face around.

You are not in authoritarian society.
Trump acts as if his word is law. He demands loyalty not to the country or the Constitution, but to him and him alone; anyone he perceives as disloyal by following U.S. law instead of his law is eventually booted from his regime. He demands investigations into his enemies and fealty from those who could be his enemies if he so demands. He is working to dismantle government agencies such as FEMA because he doesn’t think the federal government should be in the business of helping the people of this country. And he’s pardoned the insurrectionists from the 6th of January 2021 as well as a convicted murderer, and there’s a good chance he’ll pardon anyone he perceives as “friendly” or loyal to him even if they’ve been fairly convicted of serious crimes. Trump is a fascist. His regime is all but begging to send the military into Los Angeles and declare martial law within a state run by someone vehemently opposed to Trump’s bullshit. You can keep whitewashing his actions the same way his regime wants to whitewash American history (and subtly supporting the ideals of segregationists), but everyone who hasn’t been brainwashed by Fox News and OANN knows better.
    Nobody is being “disappeared”.
Only because the Trump regime hasn’t figured out how to get people out of the country without courts, lawyers, and regular citizens finding out and fighting back. But you should know by now that if anyone loses their right to due process, so does everyone else. After all, if Trump and his cronies can get away with declaring that people who aren’t citizens don’t have rights and can be treated any way the regime wants, what’s to stop them from declaring that I’m not a citizen and stripping my rights?

…says the guy who would be fine if ICE, the National Guard, and the Marines happened to kill an undocumented immigrant or two during the raids in LA and would justify said deaths as “the cost of freedom” or some shit. Fuck off, you sociopathic weirdo.

I’m not saying Trump is a mastermind. He’s a fucking idiot. But there are people working under him who are at least marginally smarter than him, and some of them would be willing (and able) to push and poke and prod him into giving his approval for these sorts of things. Stephen Miller, for example, would probably have immigrant-heavy sections of the country carpetbombed if he could.

Voting is a form of damage control. Everyone who didn’t want to vote for Harris has to live with what happens when the people who voted for “damage all the things” get their way.

Nope. We’re not doing that shit here. If you want to allege that voting machines were hacked such that the results were changed to favor any candidate, you need to either offer actual evidence of that allegation or stop making the allegation in the first place. We’re all well aware that voting machines aren’t exactly 100% safe and secure. Any claim beyond that will require proof, and that means having more evidence than Fox News had when it paid nearly $1bn for its lies and slander about Dominion.

And people will get sick, and indeed some will die, as a result. In fact, that has already started to happen.
    Per an ABC News article:
The number of measles cases in the U.S. so far this year has quadrupled compared to 2024 and is nearing a 30-year high. As of Friday, there have been 1,168 confirmed measles cases across 33 states nationwide, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Last year, the U.S. saw just 285 measles cases, CDC data shows. The U.S. is currently on track to surpass the 1,274 cases seen in 2019, and is expected to see the highest number of cases since 1992.
And to tie this back into another one of the Trump administration’s targets: Right now, in the United States, there are more cases of measles than there are transgender athletes in sports—but guess which one is considered more of an existential threat by the death cult that is the GOP.

Here’s a fun idea for you to consider, Koby: If you believe opposing the widescale murder of Palestinians by the Israeli military is antisemitic, what do you think that says about how you view Jewish people—especially Israeli Jews—in regards to violence? Because from where I sit, it looks an awful lot like holding such a belief would itself imply a deeper belief in Jews being naturally bloodthirsty and murderous…which would also be a form of antisemitism. That besides: A good chunk of the people whining about antisemitism on college campuses aren’t even Jewish—they’re conservative Christians who support Israel only because of their religion (and a strident belief in Rapture mythology). A lot of right-wingers don’t care about Jews except to use them as a cudgel against people who criticize the Israeli government.

You are losing your grip on reality.
    Pot, kettle, black.
    Americans can see the video.
And they can also see that the violence is (A) a small part of the otherwise largely peaceful protests against ICE/Trump, (B) affecting only a small part of Los Angeles, and (C) often instigated or exacerbated by the presence of the police and the National Guard. Oh, and they can also see the video of an LAPD officer intentionally aiming his weapon (and subsequently firing a rubber bullet) at a reporter who was merely doing her job, so there’s that, too.
“Fiery but mostly peaceful” means that your credibility is gone.
Except that’s what the protests are. Assuming the agitators aren’t undercover cops—and that isn’t outside the realm of possibility—they’re not exactly large in number, and they’re not burning the entirety of Los Angeles to the ground like Trump claims. The protests and the violence springing out of those protests are limited to part of downtown LA, and the rest of the city is pretty much operating as usual. None of this is to say I approve of the violence caused by the instigators or the damage to they’re doing to private property. Of course I don’t approve of that shit. But you might want to take a minute and ask yourself whether the cops are instigating violence, either in uniform or in deep cover, to give them an excuse to beat and maim and hurt “the enemy” they’ve been trained to fight.
You seem to want to be viewed as a victim so badly.
No, I recognize that Trump is an American who wants to kill other Americans (and emboldens such Americans who hold similar desires) and act accordingly. If you think he doesn’t, maybe think about why he’s deploying the American military onto American soil to fight and possibly kill American citizens.

  • California Sues Trump Over Unprecedented Federal Seizure Of State National Guard

    Stephen T. Stone ( profile ), 10 Jun, 2025 @ 06:18am

Tell me, Koby: What are the Marines—a part of the American military that is trained to take on “enemy combatants” in “hostile areas”, often with lethal violence—supposed to be doing in the tiny sliver of Los Angeles that’s actually being affected by the protests, the handful of assholes instigating bullshit, and the subsequent police violence against the assholes, peaceful protestors, and even journalists who are only reporting on the news? Are you really so eager to see American troops kill American citizens on American soil so you can claim victory in the name of the man who would be king and his fascist ideology? Are you really itching to become an American who kills other Americans?

Like I said, it depends largely on the specific application of military might. If he wants to roll into the state with the whole-ass military to try and take it over? I doubt the state or the military would go along with it. But a few well-placed drone strikes on certain targets (e.g., lawmakers) in the name of “law and order”? That could cause enough chaos to “force” the state into being placed under martial law and therefore under the direct control of Trump. I’m not saying it will happen. I’m not saying it’s likely to happen even if Trump wanted to do it. But it isn’t outside the realm of possibility—and that’s fucking frightening on multiple levels.
