  • IRS Also More Than Willing To Steal Money Under The Pretense Of Crime Fighting

    My theory

My theory is that it's not the IRS per se, but that IRS agents have a "quota" or "goal" of so many cases to investigate or so much money to seize per month. Too few investigations or too little cash seized looks bad on their yearly review.

Investigating law-abiding citizens is easier and safer than investigating smugglers and drug-dealers.

My theory applies to other Federal agencies like the FBI and BATF.

    Should have just used Muppets

Muppets don't need to fed or walked.

And I'd like to hear Statler and Waldorf heckle the justices.

Re: Cold water on cold fusion

And this is not like a conspiracy theory where the LENR claimants need to prove a negative; if the LENR experiments truly are not a hoax, then 'opening the box' should end all discussions.

Don't confuse Rossi with the entirety of the "cold fusion" or "LENR" research establishment.

Rossi is a non-scientist trying to make a buck from LENR. The jury is still out whether his e-cat device is real or a fraud.

But there are real scientists in several countries who are doing real research into the LENR phenomenon. Not with the same success as Rossi, but enough to continue investigating what seems to be a real phenomenon.

    Just sayin'.

    Re: Re: So...

Storm the streets and protest heavily instead of staying home watching MAFIAA's garbage?

Storming the streets does nothing but justify increasing the violence of the response by the government.

The American way is to get candidates that support your point of view elected to state and federal legislatures.

I think it's odd that people who sat in tents in the mud and smoked joints are looked up to, while the tea party got their candidates elected to congress and are considered a bunch of kooks. Go figure.
