  Right. This article is like saying that a restaurant is adding fried chicken to the menu and Dark Helmet making a thinly-veiled comment to "for people of a more colorful persuasion" (ie blacks).

  Bitcoin thefts, which have a lot of data which would allow simple research to track down the perpetrators have gone completely untouched to this point, even though some have involved millions of dollars.
  
  My guess is that not even a single FBI agent has looked at them yet, even though finding the culprits should be trivial.

  "How is justice best served?" I would think the answer to that question should generally be to stop illicit or unwanted behavior while making sure everyone involved is impacted as beneficially as possible.
