  I used to use K9 from Blue Coat (free for home users) when my kids were young and I didn't have nearly the problems that are listed here. But they made crowdsourcing easy (if a site was miscategorized you could report it and they would typically recategorize it the same day (and you could block whichever categories you wanted)).

  That's just because the ruling is in favor of Hobby Lobby, a religious organization. If they were outlawing the teaching of scientific challenges to evolution (as UK recently did) I'm sure the comments would all be conservative.

  Ironically, that's not actually a requirement. My previous church (where I was on the board) had a Profit & Loss statement on which we showed a very slight profit every year (because we didn't like to spend money we didn't have, but did try to spend as much as we did have on outreach programs).

  This is completely ridiculous. Has the IRS lost their minds? People volunteering to make software for everyone for free don't qualify as a non-profit?

  And yet the pattern followed was exactly similar to the previous bubble which had no such manipulation. The article stating all these things has been largely debunked. It's not as easy to move the Bitcoin price as most people think.

  Usually, the heat is distributed unevenly because it's difficult to get the waves to go evenly. This is why they have turntables. Stop putting your food in the center of the turntable where it doesn't move. Put it at the edge where it moves the most.
  
  It's not impossible to make a microwave that heats food evenly, they've done it. So if yours doesn't it means that yours is either:
  
  1. old
  2. cheap

  How is this not an ex-post-facto law? The previous law gave a statute of limitations that passed. Anything retroactive to anything that had passed is unconstitutional.

  If ANY company (Google, for instance) had actually taken Microsoft to court, they would have had to disclose them in the lawsuit. But nobody did, because Microsoft kept the fees low.
