Those two sources aren't good enough. Please provide some evidence to back up your sources, because I know for certain not all of us will believe what the government's complaints are and there's multiple sites other than Google that will gladly provide more information about Mega.
And a minor point, you put (b) twice.

OK, how about you explain how things should be done? I know I can't do it because I lack any experience with laws and such, but there are people who are better than me who can kindly discuss their thoughts to you.
Look, all I want is simple: your evidence in all of this. Explain to us how this is really done and maybe we might believe you. Still, it's not like it's going to happen anytime soon...
"Aren't," I mean. Man, my grammar sucks... still kinda early for me...
At least your conversations isn't with a plastic plant... *coughs*
A brick wall? Considering the way Hollywood's behaving... I would take a guess it's more like the Berlin Wall or the Great Wall of China.
Personally I'll go with the latter in that the Great Wall of China is too high, too long, and WAY TOO STRONG to take down. Well... by normal people's means, but who's to say it can't be taken down? (Hollywood, obviously)
After reading this, I'm beginning to think that if I were to write and sell a book for everyone to read (instead of screwing the world over by holding it back), I would probably keep the book from selling at B&N and sell it exclusively on Amazon just to troll with them.
If they, or anyone in general, keep this sort of mindset, it's probably likely that you're going to LOSE costumers to the competition, even your suppliers, all because you think it's better you get more money instead of selling a good or great product. For me, I will look for a different place to do my business if B&N cares about their money instead of the consumers. I would like to sell my works for a cheap price, maybe free if asked, and I will give when ask. If I can't give, then I will fight to make sure my work, and my word, gets out no matter what!
... Remind me again why we have anti-trust laws to begin with? I thought monopolies were illegal...
Well, I have something new to look up tonight.
"Too bad. It doesn't mix with the celery salt and sport peppers!"
Well at least ketchup will add flavor to the hotdogs they serve here where I live (and I'll give the celery salt and sport pepper a shot when I find some, thanks!)
"I don't know about more, but if you watch ANY Tv and Psych hasn't been watched, you're doing entertainment wrong."
My current situation - people hog the TV, only watching sports, MTV, VH1, Fuse and BET. Basically crap (YMMV on sports). Haven't really watched any TV where I'm at and I haven't watched Psych yet, so... I guess I am taking my entertainment wrong.
"Only if they're actually TRYING to start the revolution...."
Like what they were trying to do with SOPA?
Oh, didn't think of that. Yeah, they should do something about that as well.
... Wait.
1. But I like ketchup
2. ... I need to watch more TV.
3. Isn't Congress trying to do something about abolishing porn?
Huh, I never once thought of seeing Publix, Winn Dixie or anyone of the sort complaining about toughening up on IP enforcement. I'm imagining that if they did, Publix's new slogan will probably be "Where shopping locally is a crime" or something (I'm having a hard time imagining something catchy). And if something like that happens, what will come to local produce stands? Will those be claim illegal like downloading anything on the Internet? Saying that buying fresh tomatoes from a farmer == illegally downloading 5 songs from the Pirate Bay?
... Huh, wait 'til I tell my parents that they're criminals from buying from a produce stand in my hometown.
... *raises hand* My files had a "2" somewhere in there. Does that mean those files are useless to use even if you're going to use them to sue me if you can't look up the information?
And forgot to sign in... oh well, still got my point in.
OK, so from what I got out of this, this is saying that Congress doesn't have to obey the Constitution, which they swore upon to uphold and protect, all so that they could get paid by suing the crap out of us over stupid things? I know this has been mentioned multiple times on different posts, but seriously: why HASN'T anyone sued the government for doing this sort of thing!? If what they proclaiming is true, then shouldn't this count as treason as they are going against what they were sworn to protect by saying they can do whatever they want because they have the power (and the money)!
My head's going to be hurting all day from the amounts of smacks its going to receive...
I think I got myself backwards there... I blame my own stupidity sometimes...
Maybe there should be a law.
Really? If that's true, then there should be some laws banning all forms of stupidity in this country and the world, even get rid of the stupid people!
If not, is there anything that could cure stupidity or did the congress critters put some legislation that banned scientists from studying stupidity? I need to know!
Once again, the always classic lines of: "Should we do something?" "We should do something!" comes up and nothing will ever come out of it. Rinse, lather, repeat. Next!
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re:
Yeah, that's true. Still learning these things...
