So if TSA says they can strip search any one they want the 4th amendment is gone. The TSA is part of the US Customs dept and Customs has 100 mile jurisdiction from any US border and borders are defined and any entry point into the US (Sea Ports, Airports, etc). So, since most of the population lives within 100 miles of a airport, TSA could strip search you when you leave the house.
Exactly, if they arrest me while I am carrying my iPhone which has apps to facebook, twitter, gmail, myspace, Chase Bank, VNC access to any computer, and others; this ruling effectively says the police can search all those accounts without a warrant just because I had my iPhone (or an Android/Win7/etc smartphone) with me which happen to have apps and access. The cloud data is now available to them without a warrant.
Teachers making a profit? Not in my California school. I have seen more teachers spend their own to pay for class supplies cause the school cannot afford it and no parents are willing to reimburse the teacher for their kid's supplies since the state said that public school education is free.
So, the teacher makes a little back by selling his/her lesson plan. What does that matter, in the end I'll wager they spent way more on their class than they received in "profit".
