Your freedom of speech stops at my door. A man's home is his castle. The castle doctrine says I have the freedom not to invite annoying solicitors into my home, even if their business model is based on forcing us to listen to their crap. Their right to conduct business does not override my right to privacy and peace within my home. That includes my right not to receive nor answer telephone solicitations.
