Sent in emails? Must be super classified stuff.
I do wonder, however, about information which came with an NDA attached, or information used to justify asking news outlets not to run stories. The latter certainly seems fair game, at least if not involving NDAs. From the journalism end, i can see why information might not be published, but i don't see why that information isn't subject to FOIA.
You just re-stated much of the problem as if it's the excuse. You keep restating this as if it is a problem. the practical consequences of so many persons publishing so much. Much-decried elitism at its finest.
It's entirely legal to pirate films from pirated film torrents to use in your little clip reel or whatever? OK then. Good to know.
Further, who says it is his own material? Does he own the copyrights on his "own" material as a director anyway?
You need to get over the fact this site isn't breaking news. Your head must simply explode once a week when things that happened 15 years ago are mentioned.
So, that would be the only reason, among the billions of reasons not to do so.
Indeed, in the first comment. And indeed, it could have been a really bad pretextual stop incited by equally shady evidence gathering by other means.
Dollars to donuts we would play the technicality game over the term "criminal" wrt "traffic" regarding local level divisions of court or code.
Knew a cop who tripped and face-planted on the sidewalk. Saw something between two buildings from that perspective which blew an existing case wide open. Now he jumps head first down the steps at the station every day to start his patrol.
The numbers are all the cops, all the time. Stops that result in nothing are highly unlikely to go to court, or reach the attention of a larger segment of the public in any other way. This crap happens all the time. There are no collected numbers as they are non-collectable.
Corporations. like dogs, should not drive.
Gee yeah, can't have anyone doing the same thing Erdoğan did. Especially not his former buddy.
Every Turk on earth knows what happened to your secular democracy. There's the crazy. (Don't worry, we are trying so hard to catch up.)
So they accomplish something then put the opposite on the graphic? (Allowance made for "cutting... regulation", if you cut up the phrase.)
Well I don't know. I was on my way to Moose Jaw in a hurry, and ended up in a bottling plant.
They did handle the Moritz debacle fairly well, after an admittedly shaky start.
Classification and overclassification of materials not provably dangerous to national defense should be criminalized.

You know, you are right. No one should be able to use such works, including barf-inducing cynical corporate use for advertising, without paying some fsckwit who had absolutely nothing to do with the creation of the work used. That makes things so much better!
Maybe the rest of the board is pretty good, then. They also didn't abuse procedures to make her shut up and then arrest her for not sitting down fast enough, or something. That seems to be how it usually goes when a majority would collude to suppress speech.
Refuse to host != suppress, also.
Re: They Are Opening Their Own Microbrewery
That idea makes my head hurt a little.
