US Supreme Court cases Hobby Lobby, using Citizens United as precedent allow Apple to respond back to the federal court that they have individual rights, too. And if a person doesn't have to turn over their passphrase to decrypt their device, then a corporation doesn't have to decrypt devices either - not that Apple can do this anyways, they technically CAN'T without a previous backdoor installed. This case exposes the lack of technical knowledge of both FBI agents and Federal judges.
