but google has some compition even if its not on the same level its there and the threat is there so they keep innovating to stay on top. ie (iphone/android) (google/bing) (buzz/facebook/myspace......well google doesnt win there but what ever) they have to work to stay on top or to try to gain the top spot

what you just said is like saying that fan fiction, moding a computer, rebuilding a car and the sort are all illegal and we should be sued for them?
its all the same building off of one persons base to create a different and sometimes better structure.
no book should ever be banned no matter what the context of the issue. it is a violation of free speech and freedom of press
every software deserves a patent with out them it wouldnt be illegal to hack a program copy the driver and all the code rewrite the visuals and publish the same software with a bit different look. or you could just hack xp and copy the whole os and do the same thing rewrite the visuals and make thousands of dollars off of someone else's program

hook up a router in his basement and set it to brodcast the same network name and turn yours off for a day so you can prove hes jsut a gold digger
