Here are some definitions of "accident": an unfortunate incident that happens unexpectedly and unintentionally, typically resulting in damage or injury. an event that happens by chance or that is without apparent or deliberate cause. an unforeseen and unplanned event or circumstance lack of intention or necessity an unfortunate event resulting especially from carelessness or ignorance None of them mention the event being unavoidable. I don't understand this aversion to referring to accidental events such as car crashes or negligent gun discharges as accidents. An accident doesn't mean nobody is at fault, or nothing could have been done better. It just means it wasn't intentional.
Some definitions of "boycott" specify collective action, and others do not.
That doesn't make it not a boycott.
You didn't get the joke. That's OK to admit.
What I want to know is, why doesn't a metal detector work in a subway station?
If you think about the name of the shooter, and think about Nintendo's popular video game franchises, I'm confident you can see the connection.
What I wanna know is, is the City gonna turn around and try to recoup that money from the Karen that started it all in the first place? She's not responsible for the police response.
meaning that which is in your hart, the mouth runs with.I assume you're not a native English speaker so I hope you take this as a helpful pointer and not an insult as so many tend to. A hart is an animal and the heart is the organ that pumps blood. They're pronounced the same, and no, English doesn't make any sense. Also, good saying, I like it.

There was a crime/infraction in the first place. The problem is, all too often the infraction doesn't justify the subsequent search, as was the case here.

McConnell’s conscienceWell, I have some bad news...
Didn't all those cases get dismissed? And in case anyone else is wondering, the starvation is because he claimed he was not given a vegetarian diet as required by his religion. Didn't see anything specific about torture, just some general claims of mistreatment.
Who cares, it's all protons, neutrons, and electrons, right?
didn’t interfere until nowHow do you know that for sure?
Officer Steven Dwight Williams of the Prescott, Wisconsin police department has been outed by his employerOusted?
That being said, the reporting from MPR leaves something to be desired in terms of its cop-washing of the most eye-grabbing part of Officer Williams’ teaching methods: “reenact the police actions that led to the murder of George Floyd.” No, he absolutely performed the very act that murdered George FloydThat's what "reenact" means.
Finally, calling a murder a “restraint” may be technically accurate, but it downplays the insanity of this reenactment, which was performed by a cop, utilizing a Black student.Since the student didn't die, the officer didn't reenact the murder, only the restraint.
