  No, not for the stated reason. But, however, Their broadcast license CAN be revoked for no longer being in the "Public Interest". FUX nooz personnel specifically stating they were working to ensure Republicans (specifically tRump) were the only candidates elected, makes them an arm of the GOP not a news organization.   What's better than reform? Enforcing laws already on the books. Even with "Citizens United" the Extreme court members don't run for election/re-election period, so any money (pre, or post ruling) they get from "Donors" is an outright bribe. Which they can be arrested, charged, removed, and imprisoned for (better yet, it's a felony). Look into the Bribery/Graft clauses outlined in the constitution.

  Never in writing

  No-one will ever get anything in writing for the $1.8B, because it's already been re-allocated into tRump's or his fail sons pockets. No-One else was ever going to see a penny of those funds anyway (just like we'll never get redress from tRumps failed tariff war). What everyone is missing is the omitted statement that tRump and co. are to be immune from prosecution by the IRS for any financial fraud: past, present and future. That is what REALLY pisses me off!

  You'll never get it in writing, that this scheme was shut down. Because the near $1.8B has already been allocated to tRump and/or his spawn. No-one else would have seen a penny either way.   I think the multiple protests in Kenya, and subsequent denial of usage by said country. Where tRump and Co. were going to dump any "US citizen suspected of exposure" may have backhanded Rubio into some form of action? Although it would still be in the GLOBAL best interest to Ol' Yeller RFKjr. for denying funding to vaccines (amongst multiple other problems caused/exacerbated by him).
