What you are really doing is the old "When you beat your wife trick". "Why didn't you pay your writers Mike? Why didn't you pay them enough?"

Yes she is. Kristi Clemens or Kristi M. Clemens was her original name, until she married Mike Rogers, after which she became Kristi Rogers, fullname Kristi M. Rogers, and sometimes Kristi Clemens-Rogers/Kristi Clemens Rogers. Also see here.
