  Well, who's going to go out and buy a Hummer because they saw one in CoD? Not much of a market for them outside of militaries, and I don't think they sell the civilian models anymore. Most likely it was a money grab, trying to force Activision to license the brand.

  Sisvel is in the shakedown phase right now, so they won't be giving up any of that information. They're hoping to get as many entities as possible to pay them license fees that will likely be cheaper than going to court.
