I've been writing it for years, from Star Trek to Harry Potter and I've never had a single complaint. I have even been encouraged by authors to continue my writing. I think it is legal, fun and it helps with my writing skills. I don't see this guys argument. He at least should learn the law before making a fool of himself.
Who does this teacher think she is? When I was in school, we didn't have the internet (yes, I'm old) but if we did and this happened to me, I would have been suspended from school for what I would have told the teacher what she could do with herself. This is an invasion of privacy and the teacher should not only be sued but fired.
anyone who would depend on the federal government to protect their children are fools. If you want to really protect your children, turn the computer off or at least monitor what they are doing online. So many parents today just put their kids in front of the computer and/or the TV and let that babysit the kids. Parents need to be the responsible ones and not depend on the government to be the nanny.

I'm not suprised
I am suprised this hasn't been tried in the United States yet.
Sieg Heil!

you are a moron.
Re: Re: Re:
good idea.
Re: Re: Well it is in DC the most "liberal" area of the nation
I thought they were right.
Lucas is greedy
I love his movies but come on, it's a real woreking laser, not a movie prop. I think the courts should throw out the suit.
Re:
so your saying it's ok to be a thief?
Re: fuck her
Wow, an anonymous coward can use foul language. How intelligent you sound, your parents must be so proud!
Re:
clearly you have no clue what you are talking about. Fan fiction is a way to honor the stories we love. It harms no one.
Re: Questions
Lucas also encourages both fan fiction and has a fan film contest.
Re:
except they are not in the right.
I write fan fiction

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: I dont get it?
she was ordered by a teacher, that was wrong. The teacher should be fired.
Re: Shame on you, Mike!
so that gives them the right to invade a students privacy, don't think so.
Unbelivable!
