    Traffic Cams. a govt contract

Most of the traffic cams in this country are not under the control of any govt entity. They are under the control of an affiliate of Affiliated computer services that Congress gave immunity from criminal wrong doing nor can they be internally audited for how they do their job or how much money collected, etc. This is part of the federal funds to state and locals, in some instances. Shortly before Dan Rather left CBS, he reported that these lights can be manipulated into turning form yellow to red sooner than most have done in the past. bad accidents are being caused from it. Since the local authorities can't get in and check hard drives no one would know. One mega, financially interlocked, international conglomerated has taken over the data and files and control of govts and not just almost all federal and state govt s in this country. Whether one is a follower of Christ or not; some truth is in the Book of revelation: And authority was given to the beast. Folks. Congress did just that. And not one in Congress has introduced a bill to out back the laws that used to be: You can be audited internaly when you get govt monies and you can be prosecuted for crimes. Currently, there is a class action lawsuit over the student loan programs that they are in control of and Pres. Obama has been the first president in several to decide to 'carry out the laws Congress' in that area; which all presidents are required to do , but many in recent years have not done so when they didn't like a law, etc. Also, a civil servant is subject to the law so the push is to get rid of them. In 2014 they will be in charge of all health care plans as they are most govt plans now through affiliates. Death panels are real as mine has been ordered by them and this is witnessed. Twitter Take downs

We are going into 14 months of what may be a very ' mud slinging' presidential campaign--already is. One side could 'play dirty' and complain about a site that backs another candidate, etc. Free speech = free society and when one blogs about a candidate: don't we all know its someone's opinion and hope civility will be present-but it isn't always. Unless what is said breaks the law, and those are rare and specific; leave the blogger alone. If I don't want to read something; I hit the DELETE button.Linda Joy Adams

    Twitter and copyright credits

Twitter only allow 140 characters. When I comment on an article, like this one; I link it to my personal twitter account. Sometimes the credits/title is over 140 and the only way to make the statement " see my comment" and post is to delete part of the credits. I earnestly try to make sure the name of site and author, etc. is still there.I do believe one should be given credit for their utterances. a phrase I made in 1948, at age three; and later published in reader's digest got picked up by A presidential speech writer in the early '90's and passed off as his and much political harangue ensued over " his statement" and most never knew it came from a different context. And I had no Internet to try and say: We need a Peace Corps because a 100o young people helping other help themselves would be like a Thousand Points of Light. This was said to then Cong Dirksen when my family was involved in trying to get Brethren Volunteer Service off the ground and Congress was being lobbied to have those that served in it would have met their military service requirement in case of a draft.Linda Joy Adams

    AP can't click?

I'd not been in front of a computer screen much since 1994, but necessity of the times and needing to express some grave concerns that affected me personally got a computer and Internet in our home. I knew very little about the new information highway or how to get on it and share info. I found most search engines very user friendly and just followed the prompts. Began leaving comments on articles and very soon was prompted to set up a free web site by one search engine and then Google.I'm still following the prompts and learning. For years I was a news item clipper and found Blog spot a great way to ' clip' items I wished to keep on a web site by just linking. All the proper copyrighting, etc is done for me. I get paid nothing and its as easy as a click while reading my daily e-mails. AP can't click? And its a great way to share with anyone interested including family and friends of items they may be to busy to learn about that affects them.

    Govt property

laws do exist on the use of govt property. I actually have a letter from the federal government ( office of federal workers compensation- US Dept of Labor) that I need to specify in my will to the executor of my estate that the oxygen tanks that the govt paid for and I use, must be returned to the govt upon my demise. That means, the astronaut could use the camera in demonstrations and public appearances, etc. but since its govt property he can't sell it? of course, my used oxygen tanks, have little value compared to this camera? The current situation is that the govt contractor, ACS_Xerox has 11 years of unprocessed claims and currently our son, hauls tanks and we pay out of pocket although I'm approved for life by three govt contracted out health plans and the monopoly supplier in my area, Lincare is refusing service until OWCP pays them. The camera, like the O2 tanks, govt property forever. Linda Joy Adams

    Wikipedia expert at national Archives

Expert help? just as long as historical documents aren't altered when digitized as was done in Orwell's 1984.

G mail sent bank records in error

I was not the recipient of the bank records. Does everyone that has ever had a g mail account have to say No! not me? I like my small bank where it takes 4 pass codes to get to my money, unlike some big banks that seem to forget that even one individual's few dollars are private. Linda Joy Adams

    4TH amendment

Before there was the Internet, etc. many, like me saved newspaper clippings, recipes, etc. in boxes and file drawers. Now we can ' save' in folders attached to our e-mails and access them from the ' abandoned air' anytime we choose. My free blogger.com website was started for my own personal ' savings' and writings, etc. Its freely shared with anyone. So, if I get this correctly, if I don't look at something for 180 days, a search warrant will not be needed? Its a public website, free to anyone to look at any way. BUT! We all have friends and relatives who leave their e-mails on line ' forever' and one now has 5000 not yet deleted. These become 'public' to the govt after 180 days, too? Even though nothing of import to the govt is in such; the govt should still respect ones privacy and have a judge OK such an invasion. One needs to have a sense of being able to talk or e-mail ones friends without Big Brother or Sister eaves dropping as we ' bare our souls' of our most personal feelings. What one may say in a private conversation often might be something one would never ' share, or act on those feelings, with the world.' Linda Joy Adams
