Such a great piece. Hard to believe Chris wouldn't even state that yes, they would follow their own terms of service and censor the racist comment. And his excuse that they just started the notes feature one day prior is so weak. Come on, isn't this the first thing you think about when even contemplating something like their notes feature? I love reading so many Substack writers, so this response and this attitude from the company's leadership is disappointing.
