How can a business go about proving that the review is false? Some websites don't even ask the reviewer to sign up, they can post their review with just an email address. The email address is only known to the website, not the business. Would the business have to sue the website to get the reviewers email address? And furthermore, anyone can post a review and put ANY email address. It seems it would be very difficult to find out WHO posted the review. Any thoughts?
