As a businessperson. not a lawyer, I see a hole in this issue big enough to drive a truck through. The 5th Amendment only applies to criminal cases. If law enforcement were to have a third part commence a civil case that involves information that might be on the computer, it must be disclosed. Then, it could be released to law enforcement.
