    I am reminded of the (IIRC & my brain tends to be right most of the time) they ran a front page story about all of the welfare queens & people ripping off the system in West Virginia... It looked like a snow drift. If we wanted to tackle waste, perhaps we shouldn't be handing out insurance to Congress. They make WAY more than a majority of the citizens & their net worth magically jumps once they are in office (well beyond anything explained by investing their salary well). Pensions are no longer a thing for most citizens, why does Congress get one? Perhaps it is time we admit the reason they are so out of touch with "common everyday folk" is because nothing about them is common. They are millionaires, huge nest eggs, and we have to support them for life. That thing I have said many times, if we make them live like most people in America are forced to... shit would get a whole lot better magically. They would find a way to make sure citizens lives improved because what they get is tied to how we are doing not how well a corporate sponsor is doing after they gutted the oversight & law to keep them from extracting everything but our fillings to line their pockets.

    I don't think the Judge was being a covid denier, but was more so pointing out all of the horribles people claimed would happen if we did anything to try and slow its spread, up to and including making everyone 5G zombies. Lots of "experts" with nothing more than their ability to find a way to profit from misery inflicted on the stupid made many proclamations, & those were repeated until "every fscking moron" knows it is a fake disease just to hurt trumps chances. I mean they are getting slightly better by inventing "evidence" they claim is real (cass report anyone) but when you look at some of the bullshit in there, its just putting a white coat on an actor in a commercial for a supplement that they claim will make your cock huge & women will throw themselves at you. Never in court should "everyone knows" be accepted without anything supporting the claims that can stand up to review.

    Imagine if people understood that their purchase didn't even guarantee them being able to use it in 3 weeks. Its rather shocking that they still don't have to mention the intrusive DRM & always online required for single player games. The industry is going to hate this because no one is going to pay top dollar for a game that they can't promise will work in 6 months or that they can't trade off or pass on.

    But if he has managed to not let his racism enter into his work... It could happen, not saying its likely but it could. Turning the dial to 11 online is different than doing it in real life. I know I have a different view of things because I know some of the things he said online were just to piss people off that extra little bit. (Me understand how to turn the dial up to 11 to bother someone who made me mad that extra little bit?!?!) What happens to him should come down to his actions not his words. People will spend more time looking for naughty words online than looking at actions that clearly demonstrate there is a problem there. But YMMV, I know I've said things online that don't always reflect how I am in real life.

    At least he wasn't another CBP serial killer? (they've had >1 of those) He has the right to say bigoted disgusting things, we have the right to judge him, & this should raise questions about if he is fit for his position. Disclosure: Mr. X and I were mutuals on Xhitter until I left. (Shocking, clutch them pearls!) We had discussions bound by the rules of agree to disagree that I used with many of the "righties" I was mutuals with. If we reached an impasse in beliefs, we'd invoke agree to disagree & drop the topic. I got behind some of the shock value comments to try and understand the mindset driving it. What might shock y'all is he treated me like an actual people & I treated him as an actual person. I remember the first time he called someone the f word and I replied & tsked at him... then I explained that it was a cheap way to insult & he was smart enough to do much better. His views might be abhorrent, or he might be an internet tough guy... not sure we are the ones in the best position to make that call. Yes this can raise questions about how he does his job, but maybe just maybe wait for the investigation before lashing him to the stake to burn him? Or are we just gonna overlook my many many posts about unleashing Marburg on Congress & other shocking things I said online? I mean if I turned out to be a molecular biologist it might be right to make sure I am not actually trying to weaponize Marburg. Hey X, if you see this...     Well it is nice that they decided to make sure no one could miss this story. The fact they are scrubbing comments from the citys FB page is just going to lead to them getting more education about the 1st Amendment. But hey, that new income from the changed & twisted law might raise enough to pay off all of the people who had their rights violated. Also be nice to see the Judge be forced to attend 1st Amendment CLE's until the concept of no the government can't do that makes an impression on that tiny tiny brain. I mean if I was friends with Tiffiany Trump I would try to get a job high up in the DoJ so I could send someone to look at all of that judges cases to see if this was a single moment of stupidity or if they just bankrupted a municipality.
