You start of by mentioning someone named Kushner, no first name, no indication of who he/she is. Your job as a course of information is to actually provide it. As soon as I see something like this, I tune out. I'm not going on a goggle hunt trying to find out what you're talking about. And this just might be the counter-argument to your subject matter. Most of the newspaper journalists that I read know how to structure their articles, and their editors know how to make them readable.

I know that American Express will double the term of a product warranty when purchased with that card. I wonder if this would pertain to a situation such as this? I'd contact AmEx and tell them what has happened, that you effectively have a product that no longer works. I'd sure take a shot at it. I know that LG is a Korean firm, what I didn't know is that apparently means North Korea.
this is a victory? The guy gets less than 10% of the settlement while his lawyers get the rest? What kind of crap is that? I'm glad the merits of the case were upheld, but the atty's can kiss my ass. Justice in this country is just like russia - the ones who need it the least are the ones profiting.
