  What the cops haven't figured out yet is that there are not going to be LESS cameras in the future but orders of magnitude more of them and they wont be able to control them all. Eventually, the truth will get out about dirty/bad cops. Then the problem will get fixed or there be a lot of dead cops and then it will get fixed.
