can you guys not all be sheep? if you actually LOOK at the ads, they clearly are using Michael Jordan's name to advertise their product. they aren't "celebrating" crap! they are retarded for thinking they would get away with this.
imagine if I put an ad that said "THIS GUY LOVES MY STEAK. BUY IT!" with a picture of YOU on it. wouldn't you want to be reimbursed?
well i'm glad there's at least ONE comment here that wasn't made by a total fool.
but i don't see how any bills can save the newspaper industry. it looks like we're all going to inevitably depend on the internet for information, and without people properly getting paid to fact check and go out there and find information, we're going to fall into some dark times indeed.
no matter what "evidence" you put out, you'll never be able to argue with the fact that without copyright laws, original pieces of work would just get ripped off, causing artist and inventors to lose money they deserve.
When you throw something away, it shouldn't be picked up by anybody unless you give full consent. There's a lot of private stuff in people's trash that should never be learned about by other people (examples such as written information), and nobody has a right to that kinda stuff, even if it is THROWN AWAY.
When something is thrown in the trash by someone, it's not always the case that they don't care what happens to it, they just want it gone, and this should be respected.

Re: This is misleading
i thought there might be a logical explanation. thanks for sharing it.
erm stupid

This Kinda Makes Sense
