  They won't do that probably for the same reason they don't want to let people watch for free: they must consider that advertisers aren't paying for the ads every time someone watches, since they can't change the old ads for new ones like they do on reruns.

  That's an interesting observation. You can't interfere by filming from a distance, but you can't really "interfere by filming while kicking the cop in the head constantly". Clearly, the filming isn't the interference.

  Both agree to arrest half of each other.
  
  Since the victim has no power over the cop, this is not possible.

  AFAIK a professional camera is just a camera with features. It has nothing to do whether it's suitable for the use of a professional, or it takes professional quality photos.
  
  The list of features are things like: settings for shutter speed, exposure, etc all accessible by dials instead of a menu. Swappable lens. A really fast flash sync speed. Probably, be somewhat "rugged".
  
  Oh, and expensive enough that professional photographers normally can't buy one ;)
