    Appeals

    He can appeal all he wants-the rule of thumb is that the next judge to see it will have the ruling of the previous court and all the paperwork from that.

    He has to come up with another set of lies to set it up with. I'm sure he'll be creative.

    Judges don't usually like to go against one another, and if he keeps this kind of thing up, he can get cited for wasting the court's time with a 'frivolous and unmerited' appeal based on a case that the previous judge had patiently and carefully explained was a total waste of his time, too.

    The only people getting anything out of this will be the lawyers. Their fees will depend on churning out the paperwork.

    But don't hold your breath..have a glass of bubbly and kick off your shoes. It's been a long fight.

    Now that Donald Trump has told everyone that there were two wrong sides to the affair, we can now rest easy.

    We're all wrong, you see, but he's right to be a Neo-Nazi sympathizer because some of those people are nice.

    He's still waiting for evidence to prove that Neo-Nazis are bad people. He's not convinced of it, yet.

    Oh, and by the way-he's the POTUS. Nice moral quality he has shown us all, isn't it?

    Sure, Washington owned slaves. Now we have a leader who wants to bring back slavery...or at least Jim Crow.

    I knew this would turn against the ACLU-they're famous for defending the indefensible, against the worst odds. They're right to do it, because the Constitution says they are.

    Then some jerk will say that the indefensible doesn't need to be defended at all.

    In no time at all, there's no speech at all for anyone.

    Which isn't a good plan, either.

    At the risk of sounding sexist, I'm going to say that she offended alot of people by being an 'uppity female' with an attitude.

    Why does she scare so many men? Why were women so quick to not vote for her?

    And why did anyone listen to Comey in the first place when he didn't even have a warrant to look at those extra emails?

    Because she was female, and everyone knows that females are the weaker of the two sexes. They have no business running this country.

    However, a xenophobic, sexist, racist, 1% male with absolutely no previous job experience in elected office is perfectly ok for President.

    That was easy.

    I think we have the goods on him-he's deleted his tweets that say anything good about anyone..such horseshit.

    Quick-someone seize and shut down that twitter account-the man's got the highest security clearance next to the sitting President, and I don't really trust him to not blurt out something so sensitive that it could cost us our lives.

    And that it is a distinct possibility is why we should all be terrified. This is not going to be a easy 4 years (or shorter, as Michael Moore thinks DT will either resign or be impeached before then) for anyone in this country.

    It's enough to make you cry-and I already have.

    Sorry-I just get all emotional and upset when I see America going down the shit hole.

    Given his penchant for saying incendiary, racist and hateful things, it won't be long before we have solid proof of why it is so terrible for the United States to have elected a person who's never held elected office before in that position.

    Because he has no boundaries. Just what we need in this climate of distrust and brewing violence.

    A cheerleader for the vigilantes. Joe Arapaio will probably be asked to join his transition team-he just got fired for doing that same job in Arizona.

    Well, when you have people such as Alex Jones and Russ Limbaugh planning your political agenda, you can't be too paranoid about what his cabinet will look like.

    I've already heard the name "Newt Gingrich" as Secretary of State mentioned.

    No matter what, this is not an improvement in our society.

    You know the saying "Be careful of what you wish for-you might get it" now applies to those who voted for him.

    At least half the country won't be feeling too badly about supporting an educated person to the office.

    Because by all accounts, we have a ultimately "No-nothing, ask nothing" President now.

    Science and technology issues will be on the low end of the scale, except when it comes to dismantling any gains we might make in those fields.

    There goes the funding to all the science and tech places we know...and education in general.

    We're reaping what we've sowed. Dumbasses now run this country.

    It can all be boiled down to this:

    Although it sure would have been fun to have heard from the ghostwriter far earlier in this entire episode-but I'm sure the Trump fan club would have not heard it then, either.

    I fear for this country when such a demagogue is actually considered a viable candidate for the Presidency.

    Lack of understanding

    This is why the NSA built a huge processing/data center out in Utah-so they can collect all the information they think they need and keep it 'in case of', which is something they haven't figured out when to apply it.

    Of course it's about power-but the data is not going to be good forever, you know..so it's useless ultimately to even dare to collect it.

    Sure, knowledge is power, but in this case it leads to total insanity of not knowing exactly why.

    Kind of like those hoarder-type people, with their stacks of newspaper all over the house-they think they're important for some reason, even though the data is old, outdated and buried under tons of the same thing.

    It just doesn't make sense anymore. So using outdated and senseless data makes them happy? Go for it.

    Ah, the grinding wheels of justice

    Someone should write a book about this. I mean, there's lots of paper coming out of this case that hasn't even been addressed yet, and the Feds are still lurking in the shadows, waiting for the best time to strike.

    It's not a matter of "if", but "when and how hard" they'll take Prenda down the rest of the way to hell, where they all belong.

    Definitely a case that even Dickens would be hard pressed to top.

    But we do need fresh popcorn!

    Where there's a will

    For all his legal bad-assing, Prince was dumber than hell in one respect: he reportedly left no will, which means that his entire body of work is now up for grabs by strangers. Also that the company that is inspecting his assets has reportedly found so much unreleased music that it would take years to release it all.

    He also had no direct relatives to claim his estate, so that means everyone can get a piece of it. Wouldn't he be just so pissed off!

    I bet he's spinning out of control...in whatever place he ended up. He would be furious that everyone now has a piece of his pies..and that he won't be able to dictate what happens to them.

    Death sucks. I'm sure he'd agree-because now it's all up for grabs and he no longer can bitch about it.
