  The other thing you left out is the defendant lives in Virginia, and he was expected to travel all the way to a court Illinois, which is quite unreasonable in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.

  In the future, I predict people will stop using physical libraries for ebook "lending" rather going to an underground website where you can share your ebooks without any publisher-imposed restrictions.

  So they should release music in 7.1 surround, sampled at 384kHz and 32 bit resolution, all uncompressed, which should fit 80 minutes of music nicely on a 50GB dual layer BR disc, making it once again somewhat impractical to store and transmit copies of the music without additional physical media. (until some guy turns it into an mp3 file)

  I like Legos, they are a great product and all, but once there are affordable 3D printers able to produce quality replicas, they will unfortunately not be getting any of my money.
