I'm sure all the information on WikiLeaks is a few keystrokes away of finding its way onto the bittorrent if not already there. So it's rather pointless.
I think the Hendrix estate is smart in going for what they know they can safely get without going through the courts. But then again, only in the US are these cases absurdly in the millions.

I say they use the copyright law. Maybe that could work. Don't know enough about copyright, or law for that matter.
Why don't they print, then fax the hard-copied documents back to the pentagon. Then they can shred the hard-copies.
This is another thing I dislike about the US government which Obama really needs to fix. The government shouldn't be getting involved in these things. And they should be impartial or rather balance consumer and businesses needs.
You forget that the US is capitalistic, profits above all. The countries with the faster speeds are most likely government subsidized.
I've heard stories of people calling 911 to get help on setting the clock on their VCR. So if these calls are getting out of hand, then I would justify the price tag.
I only hope you get reimbursed for a legit call.
