no they are explaining why rapidshare can't/shouldn't check. And why the MPAA needs to come up wit a real plan, instead of throwing tantrums.
not exactly the same but similar. Bars ? Are required by law 1. not to serve underage 2. not to serve already drunk people 3. held responsible if someone smokes in the bar. cigarete sellers/machines? have to verify the ae of the purchaser.
