Biden takes tons of money from them, and hates section 230. Surprise surprise.
Of course they do! Cops don't have to follow a legal process, so they get it automatically. Customers have to yet follow a quasi-legal process, so they may get it someday if they sue in a court and pay tons of money. /sad
It seems a lot of countries and places are trying to build up sentiment of "internet = bad", on a global scale.
Well, you clearly out-debated us. I mean, we'd better just hang up our hats and give up because you clearly won the internet, right? I especially like the SpecialCaps in the middle of BadGrammar. Please try harder at disconnecting yourself from the internet.
Does this mean any time a cop shoots/tasers/rubber bullets someone it's a hate crime?
So does this mean any time a cop shoots anyone - rubber bullet, taser, actual bullet? Is also a hate crime?
Did you not read the government confirmation of Cambridge impacting both brexit and the election? Have your watched the great hack?
There's a lot of information around Cambridge and their ties to tons of campaigns.
look up #ringcamera on twitter. You'll notice a bunch of police posts going RING IS GREAT OUR PARTNERSHIP IS STRONG KEEP COMMUNITIES SAFE. Etc.
Keep in mind that this + Barr's statement about police means: "we'll take your footage and do something only if it helps us, but not you"
There's no way that they wouldn't immediately withdraw every video they ever produce on the basis of protecting someone's privacy.
We still have the same durability issue: they constantly break when they fold over
they don't vet their marketplace, letting people be sold fraudulent products. You'd think they care, but hey let's leave it with "amazon is not a library"? Amazon needs to do more than minimal effort in their marketplace, but they don't. That's before I even get into any other category of anything sold on amazon. All they're doing is setting the literal lowest bar on quality; and it's even lower than ebay.
It must be the hardest thing in the world to display a "would you like to preheat the toaster?" in an app for a smart toaster instead of "enjoy your burnt crisps"
Irvine company is like the #1 most corrupt thing in all of California. It's basically a 100+ year old company that owns the entire city back from the goldrush. They are probably more secretive than law enforcement. They're responsible for a lot of the insane pricing in California as well.
Huawei is a risk to competitiveness. They've done shady shit as in explicit corporate espionage with both apple and t-mobile but that's not the type of spying people might be thinking of.
Example: https://www.zdnet.com/article/huawei-regularly-tried-to-steal-apple-trade-secrets/ https://psmag.com/news/the-us-charges-chinese-telecom-company-huawei-with-stealing-trade-secrets https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2019/jan/28/huawei-china-telecoms-charged-us-trade-secrets-fraud
the flag button is for people who are stupid, not "left", right, or middle. Just because "right posting" is getting flagged as you hilariously see, it's easily because they're incapable of making a factual argument that isn't "LEFTIST BIAS". Should they make an argument of something even remotely coherent (high bar and all), I'd be willing to guess it's not going to be flagged. Call it...the things other news organizations don't care to uphold?
under 3.
even if noyb didn't like the format that data was in. And yet they might still face billions in fines?
*nobody?
Literally the same folks that Trump is dealing with are the same folks who own a majority of the RIAA/MPAA. They should be RUSSIAA not RIAA or MAFIAA. Same russian oligarchy own pieces of the industry.
When you look at the policy actions you'll notice they're similar as well.
Re:
you have a choice of 1-2, depending on where you live. You will not have coverage all of (3) wireless carriers at any time locally, and you will not have nationwide coverage of all 3 wireless carriers at any time either.
You can have these tiny little MVNO's give you coverage in one state, but should you leave that state you'll have no coverage. Those little MVNO's aren't competitive with big carriers. even on a statewide level. So again, please don't be so naive. There is minimal to no coverage. In comparison, in the EU you have 4+ carriers to pick at any time. And you can swap instantly, with no lockin. And no monopoly. You just don't want to see it which is why it was an anonymous post.
