  • Gun Manufacturer Files Highly Speculative Lawsuit Against Forum Owners For Allegedly Libelous Statements

    Daemon_ZOGG ( profile ), 20 Feb, 2014 @ 07:02pm

"This lawsuit, filed by high-end rifle manufacturer Tactical Rifles, Inc. (TRI)"

Is it wise to threaten a long-range shooter (aka sniper)? I didn't think so. Especially one who's just over $900.00 dollars lighter in the wallet. At this point, I'd have to ask myself, which does he have more of? Dollars or bullets? Either, is generally just as efficient as the other. ;)

  • How Snowboarders Are Waving Company Logos In The IOC's Face… And There's Nothing It Can Do About It

"Each and every form of IP protection has been abused by the IOC"

It's the reason why I don't watch the Summer or Winter olympics anymore. Not for the last 20 years. I really have a passionate hatred for the ioc. They are the scurge of every region of the world they flock to. They're a disease to local business and community organizations.

  • U.S.: We Have No Evidence Or Credibility On This Whatsoever, But Don't Use Huawei Because China Might Spy On You

"..But Don't Use Huawei Because China Might Spy On You"

I'm going to start investing my money in Huawei products. Just because my two-faced, flip-flopping, police-state government told me not to. You'd think they would be more convincing liars.. being politicians and all.

  • Grand Jury Somehow Fails To Indict Man Who Shot Deputy During No-Knock, Pre-Dawn Raid For Capital Murder

    "No-Knock, Pre-Dawn Raids"

In my neighborhood, that's a very bad idea. Early morning is when most of the criminals(local thugs) decide to crash through your doors or windows, while your at home. Sometimes they do this in groups. I've had to shoot at these idiots on more than one occasion.

"PRINCE Has ALREADY Filed To Dismiss RIDICULOUS Lawsuit Against 22 Fans

Old-Fart syndrome set in too early for prince a long time ago. Not the first time he's gone after fans. Somebody must have switched out his Geritol with a placebo or something, again.

  • King Cries Trademark Over The Banner Saga

    Daemon_ZOGG ( profile ), 26 Jan, 2014 @ 12:48am

"King Cries Trademark Over The Banner Saga"

"Saga" "SAGA" "saga" = PRIOR ART. Been there, done that. king.com is sounding a lot like that those trolls over at Monster Cable in 2004. When they tried to sue Monster energy drink for the use of "Monster" in fear that consumers wouldn't be able to tell the difference between energy drinks and audio cables. If they really wanted to just protect their product name they would have trademarked "Candy Crush Saga" as a phrase. Not individually. Look out folks! When the legal department doubles as the management staff, a new TROLL is in town.

  • Dianne Feinstein: NSA Would Never Abuse Its Powers Because It's 'Professional'

    Daemon_ZOGG ( profile ), 21 Jan, 2014 @ 08:16pm

"But I think to glorify this act is really to set sort of a new level of dishonor."

Ed Snowden is a hero of the Constitution and the American people. The feinstein-rogers lack-of-intelligence commitee and the NSA has already dishonored American citizens by re-interpreting the US Constitution in the worst possible way. Imagine if David Koresh and Jack Van Impe had together, focused their bizarre interpretations on the US Constitution, instead of religion. A sort of delusionary, psycho version of "Do as say, not as I do.. Or the black helicopters will come for you". Feinstein and Rogers are as UN-American as they come.

  • Former Bush Speechwriter: Ed Snowden Is A 'Shameless Espionage Pornographer'

    Daemon_ZOGG ( profile ), 16 Jan, 2014 @ 12:30pm

"As he sees it, revealing this allows terrorists to alter their hardware habits"

How much of an idiot does one have to be, not to understand how to block radio signals? A deep cavern, underground bunker, Faraday cage, etc. Terrorists can be quite innovative, even when they're not blowing stuff up. And, Larry Flynt was a better man than Marc Thiessen. Marc and his NSA buddies seem to enjoy criticizing others without first looking into the mirror.

  • NSA Spying Includes Wireless Transmitters To Get Data Off 'Air Gapped' Computers

    Daemon_ZOGG ( profile ), 15 Jan, 2014 @ 12:54pm

    "NSA Spying Includes Wireless Transmitters.."

Construct a homemade Faraday-cage cabinet for the PC chassis. And make sure the mouse/keyboard/video AND peripheral cables are properly shielded. Problem solved. And, I don't believe the NSA for a second when they say Quantum has not been used within the US borders.

  • Weather Channel To DirecTV: Meet Our Cost Demands Or EVERYONE WILL DIE!

    Daemon_ZOGG ( profile ), 14 Jan, 2014 @ 08:29pm

    All Weather Channels in general..

Outdated, pointless existence. It also takes longer to get the forecast from those TV weather channels. They need to use up all that air-time rambling on about meaningless details so they'll attract more sponsers. Soon after, they'll start breaking for more ads. As well as paid programming on TWC as is stated in the article. They're a waste of everyones time. DirectTV doesn't need them.

A crime against humanity. I am offended that these cops are allowed to continue on breathing the same air as the rest of us. I'm sure the 0range county PD are proud to call these underdeveloped neanderthal thugs their own.

To the big corps, were just little dollar signs running around like ants. Those with money, will always take advantage of those with very little of it. This especially includes Congress, whom gleefully went on there holiday vacation without giving a second thought to extending emergency unemployment benenfits for families trying to find work. WORST CONGRESS EVER. They were voted in on their campaign lies as usual. And they will continue to screw us until they're voted out.

youtube.com . Also, with reasonable skills in programming and component-level pcb hardware. Along with exploritory reverse engineering (partial disassembly). It shouldn't take too long to disable the offending device. A couple of weeks, maybe.

  • Ford VP Claims The Company Is Tracking Everyone's Driving Habits… Then Denies It

"Ford VP Claims The Company Is Tracking Everyone's Driving Habits..."

Most automobile companies either already quietly do this, or have the ability to do it. And that's besides the fact that ford vehicles are total crap. Ford is the same as Nokia or micro$0ft.. the only thing they were ever good at is selling icecream to eskimos. You can roll a turd in powdered sugar all you want. But, in the end, it's still just a turd. };P

  • ACLU Sues City Of Omaha, 32 Police Officers For Use Of Excessive Force, Warrantless Search And Seizure

"ACLU Sues City Of Omaha, 32 Police Officers For Use Of Excessive Force.."

I refuse to believe any notion that this was the first time something like this has happened with OPD. That said, the OPD police chief should be publicly fired. The chief had to have already known about other previous incidents. A severe lack of proper leadership. And piss-poor personnel training. The fired officers should not be re-hired by the OPD at any future date. I fully agree with ACLU lawsuit.

  • NYPD Decides To Ape FBI's Tactics And Cite The 'Mosaic Theory' As The Reason It Won't Disclose Budget Data

    Daemon_ZOGG ( profile ), 05 Jan, 2014 @ 09:45pm

"NYPD Decides To Ape FBI's Tactics And Cite The 'Mosaic Theory' As The Reason It Won't Disclose Budget Data"

NYPD is the pinnacle of Surveillance Police/Storm Troopers/Violators of Constitutional rights. If I ever moved to New York, I would be in violation of a great many state laws on the subject of defensible weapons. So I submit, that wherever the firearm laws are the most leanient and in line with the writtent Constitution, that is where I will exist. New York, even as a state it self, is a police state. The majority of the N.E. United States is very much that, already. A U.S. civil war between the Federal and State governments will eventually begin. I will fight for the Great State Of Texas. If you are a US citizen and/or truly believe in the US Constitution, fight for the original U.S. Constitution or die as a true State patriot. I would, and will when the revolution begins. Believe in the state government in which you live, NOT the federal government. Their hands are firmly gripped in each others' front pockets. Not in your best interests. Your votes don't count, anymore.

  • This Clip Of Former NSA Boss Michael Hayden Calling Snowden A Traitor Is Brought To You By Microsoft

    Daemon_ZOGG ( profile ), 31 Dec, 2013 @ 08:42pm

"..Former NSA Boss Michael Hayden Calling Snowden A Traitor Is Brought To You By Microsoft"

I have nothing but high praise and respect for Snowden. And micro$0ft has more back doors, than front doors. Being a willing participant for the NSA didn't require a lot of coding effort for micro$0ft. Besides, the NSA was able to offer more business in exchange. It's also well known that M$ would delay critical updates to foreign powers so the NSA could take advantage of software exploits in micro$0ft's products. Combine that with the RSA encryption backdoors payed for by the NSA, and now you see how valuable M$ is to US secret government entities. Use community supported open-source, people.

"Washington Post Columnist Says 'Complainers' Will Be At Fault For Next Terrorist Attack"

Well. They don't call it the "Washington Compost" for nothing. On a side note however, Walter's comments are protected by the first amendment of the US Constitution. That is the only respect Walter will receive from a fellow citizen. The rest of me will curse his soul to the ends of the earth. ;P

  • Court Says Border Searches Of Your Computer Are Okay Because You Shouldn't Keep Important Info On Your Computer

    Daemon_ZOGG ( profile ), 31 Dec, 2013 @ 08:13pm

.."Border Searches Of Your Computer Are Okay Because You Shouldn't Keep Important Info On Your Computer"

While I agree, border searches of American citizen's electronic devices is a violation of the 4th Amendment.. I would also agree that keeping possibly incriminating, or private data on your device is not a good idea, either. Cross-border attorneys, and corporate execs', and anyone crossing the border should use non-RSA based encrypted file transfers instead of physically moving the data. I recommend nothing less than 256 bit encryption. Use something other than standard RSA. At the border, if you refuse them device access, they may detain you. And your device may be remaining behind a lot longer than expected. In short, there are easier ways to get your seemingly harmless data across the border. F*** the communist NSA. Power to the people.

  • UK Gov't Losing The Plot: Now Claiming Snowden Leaks Could Help Pedophiles

    "..UK Gov't Losing The Plot"

So, now they're using the "think of the children" rant. Since all of their other pathetic excuses have failed. They have certainly 'cried wolf' too many times. Snowden is a hero of the people. He has made us all aware of just how much freedom has been lost in the wake of governmental fear and paranoia.
