If you cannot do your job

If you cannot do your job while being filmed then how do you perform other duties inside of the jails,courthouses and other places that have cameras somehow I am sure that when someone tries to run in one of these places a camera is never more than 25' away on a wall
what they really mean is they cannot do their jobs period
