Given that nobody in charge appears to want to hold anyone under their command accountable for anything. At least not until the main stream press starts hammering them over the head with questions about why they are unable to do the job they are paid to do.
And this has been going on for years. It’s not just a Trump or Obama problem. We are talking about a government that was unsuccessful at running a brothel in Nevada.
So who had this week in the pool for these fine gentlemen to be arrested and served with the indictment they so richly deserve? For that mattter does anybody remember what the pot was up to?
Mike, you do have to remember that governments refuse to hear anything other than what they want to hear. In this case Mr Comey as a government employee and spokesman can not as a matter of policy accept that what he wants is either unsafe and unwise and/or flat out impossible.
I know of several service members who were given article 15's for admitting to visiting the Wikileaks site while at home. Per DOD that was unauthorized release of classified information. As far as I know they simply visited the site in question, didn't send anything to them.
Well, I'm guessing that the other party in these cases could apply to the judge for a lien on both personal and business property and sell it off at auction until the judgement is satisfied. I have heard of it being done in a mortgage case.
If the Eu were to get their way, how would they be able to enforce it on a us company. All google would have to do would be to simply block access from the EU and delist any EU site for a few weeks and the problem will self correct.
What is really scary to me is that the "intelligence community" has been defined in the past to include anyone with a security clearance. which are routinely issued to government employees who pass the background check(s).
Based on a very very brief look at the first few names on the list they posted. A lot of the appear to be using National Registered Agents, Inc as the registered agent, which may be how they are hiding their connections.
I am still wondering why a company is permitted to just say sorry for using a picture with out permission and that's ok, but if I myself use a picture with out the rights I am likely to be sued for copyright infringement.
I personally think google should relisted the sites in the general search engine, After the newspapers in question agree to a basic flat rate to pay for said listings... something like 10k euro per day sounds about right to me..
Well, given that there are pyramids in the America's, Asia, Africa, possibly in Europe as well... there is a fairly large amount of prior art to go around. Hopefully someone will invalidate the patent fairly soon.
I'm wondering just how often someone good with a screwdriver and a soldering iron just removes the box from a car that he/she purchased in this manner. Seems, like it would go a long ways towards eliminating the problem. If they hooked the box up to a 12 volt power source after removing it, and left it in their garage, that would pretty much make the entire system useless.
clothing would be the first thing that pops into my head.
Smart Jackets that would adjust the resistance to heat transfer based on the wearer's body temperature and outside temperature.
if the memory and eventually the entire system could be made of light weight and flexible plastic, that would make having the system on board feasible.
I am thinking about it using the paper batteries that were discussed on /. the other day. which gives the power supply, now the memory, so ....
Google has a simple solution here, just remove all refernces to the news sites in question from their database, both search and the news portal. I bet the newspapers will figure out in a hurry that google is helping them and not the other way around.

I’m not surprised
