So, why can't the re-jig things to say "private residences" i.e. if you have a registered business (as hot spot owners / cafes, etc, etc should presumably have)...then some different interpretation applies if you're NOT a business AND you have unsecured wifi...then Blam, fine, thanks! I do believe already that the document kind of states this as it's worded "private individuals"
