Why does that fool think the readers do not know how much they are paying? He can say that in his opinion they are not getting their monies worth. But he cannot know what is in (or not in) the minds of it's readers. The NY Times is one of those authority sources that a lot of knowledgeable people feel they cannot be without. The newspapers in the rest of the country seem to be getting smaller and less valuable. After 40 years getting daily delivery, we cut down to just Sunday delivery - and that is just to get the TV schedule (which is also in a pathetic state).
I once worked in a call center as a cell phone customer service person taking calls from people with poor reception, faulty towers and crummy phones. I agree with you - I don't have a lot of respect for the current cell phone setup in the US.
CDMA is old school and a bad choice for any communication company that expects to succeed over the long term. Wireless traffic cameras, wireless nanny cams and more. I'll wait to but a good smart phone until the US allows real casino games to be played on mobile devices - then you'll see a real explosion of interest (at least on my part).
It was pure sanctimonious blather that caused the US to crack down on online gaming. Why not 'protect the kids' and ban Las Vegas gambling and lottery tickets. It seems that the whole issue is about greed and not about protecting anyone.
In this last case I do not agree that using the game glitch was fraud. It seems to me 'it was all part of the game'. But I would have to see the game to really say 100% that it was not OK. I think that it is the same thing as playing and winning a game that was poorly designed and let everyone win. You don't see the casino refusing to take money from keno players - one game that is clearly designed in the casinos favor.
That's a funny title. But machines break. The word 'Gambling' is such a misnomer. It is a fact that you will lose over time. It should be viewed as entertainment, not a retirement plan.

What a gimmicky thing to do. Or did this clown think the iphone is a technical marvel compared to real movie equipment?
Herb Kohl, you idiot! Is it so cold in Wisconsin your brain was not warmed up yet?
Totally stupid. Any fool can sue anyone for anything. The US legal system seems to be a joke and a game best played by well monied corporations.
