How does this affect live-blogging from home? I am sure that there are tons of people who watch an event (granted, this league probably doesn't have this issue) and then live-blog it on the web.
Are they supposed to be charged as well? How does the sports league send them an invoice?

Main Page Forbidden
The main page throws up a 403 error, but a quick google search of the entire address comes up with multiple options that work.
For example, I've found that http://www.northcountrygazette.org/center.html works just fine and dandy.
Does looking at the main page count as my one article view?
