Linda Ellis has crawled out from under the bridge this week with 2 new websites: www.justfreespeech.com and www.lindalogic.com/obsession. Both are designed to dissuade me from publishing my book Poetic Justice, The True Story Behind The Dash Poem and One Victim's Mission to end Copyright Extortion and Bullying (getpoeticjustice.com). I had no idea either website existed but Linda, craving the attention she appears unable to get elsewhere couldn't wait for me to find them by happenstance. She posted both on the www.getpoeticjustice.com blog. For the past 4 days she's posted on all my social media (more than 20 times in one day on Facebook) and bought 2 Google Adwords campaigns using "April Brown Auctioneer" to drive people to both slander sites. She wrote a letter to my ex-husband warning him that she is going to release damning information about my past and warned he might be hurt in the process. And yesterday she accused me of committing a felony - wiretapping a law enforcement officer! The dope has written letters to the media making the same claim. Now she releases a few seconds of a video interview that lasted nearly a 30 minutes. Why doesn't she release the entire video? This morning she posted a 10 second video of Matthew Chan sitting at his computer and inferred he was masterbating. Nothing will stop me from publishing what I know about this extortion enterprise and her very wicked tactics for collecting money from innocent infringers.
But, let's pretend for a moment that she is capable of discrediting Matthew Chan and April Brown. Can she silence Wilene Dunn? Michael Tilly? I am an Innocent Infringer. I'm being pursued by the Author Linda Ellis of the Dash poem. This viral poem was sent to me in an email by a client. I posted the poem on my website. I was notified it was copyrighted and immediately took the poem down. I am being harassed on almost a daily basis by Linda Ellis demanding payment from me. I refuse to pay. Because I refuse to pay, this woman has called me a liar, thief, and criminal in writing simply because I shared this poem in my blog. She claims her damages for infringement are worth $150,000 per infringement. Yesterday, Linda Ellis bought a google ad with the search for my business name April Brown Char. Auction (April Brown Charity Auction World). The click through goes to comments disparaging me personally and professionally. I've put up a blog with content supplied by dozens of Innocent Infringers. We have decided to challenge the law. You and your followers are invited to submit content and opinions.
