I wouldn't say that they are putting more malware into the computer from this alone.
The Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE) which is required to run many Mods for the game TES-IV Oblivion uses DLL Injection when it is launched. A common tactic used by malware.
This is how it inserts the code to allow for the extended scripting capabilities that OBSE dependent mods use for their enhanced features that would otherwise be impossible.
That is becuase a private jet has not been hijacked or otherwise used in an attack. But if something like that ever happens, the TSA will change its tune really quickly.
You cannot really seperate one of the most basic of instincts from law once it is pandered to by the law.
The whole idea of IP Laws in the first place was to prevent the stagnation of human progress. But it has now become a method of derailing progress for ones own greed and selfishness.
The entitled self-serving millenial generation will make this 100 times worse once they take over the world.
This only justifys the need to impose surveillance on people working under official authority. I am sure if you had the power to monitor those agent's personal lives or at least look for indicators of lust before they were allowed to go any further then the dogs, then you would definitely have bullshit alarms ringing across the border checkpoints.

The Pirate Party should form a shell organization with a more attractive name like: Organzation for the Promotion of Intellectual Property Laws.
Take measures to conceal the fact it is tied to the Pirate Party. Then get that shell organization approved.
