If RIghthaven and the media companies that have alligned with them have entered into a sham arrangement that allows Righthaven to merely claim "ownership" but in fact the media companies retain all the rights and allow Righthaven to register with the US Copyright office then this is no longer grounds to dismiss every case but charge Righthaven, Stephen's Media, News Media Group and Wehco Media with a conspiracy to defraud the government and defraud the people they sue.
