  This is no different then where someone has attempted to use a sharpie marker the redact but the sharpie ink wasn't black enough and all that was required to see the words underneath was to read the paper under a very bright light.

  This all assumes that there actually was $50 missing to begin with. What an excellent what for a student to retaliate against hi/her classmates. Say that there is some money missing and the school officials will leave no crotch UN-groped in a effort to find the money.

  There was a recent graffiti event in Florida where the city government insisted that the property paint over the graffiti or else face fines... Inverness Florida if I recall correctly.
  
  On one hand we have a property owner being told he can't paint his building to cover graffiti and on another hand we have a property owner being told he must paint his building to cover graffiti.

  I really suspect that Apple would of had a very good argument that the All Writs Act wouldn't survive a 13th & 14th amendment challenge
