    Constitutional?

"Because nothing about an arrest of a mayor and governor absolutely acting within the bounds of the law would be constitutional." What is "constitutional"? These days? Whatever the MAGA SCOTUS justices say is constitutional. So far, they've pretty much let tRump decide and gone along for the ride. Add icing to the cake: tRump is allowing QATAR - a country that houses multiple extreme terrorist organisations - to BUILD a military airbase in the US. Qatar is not known for democracy. The tRump administration has weaponized the entire federal govt to silence dissent & punish people/organizations that tRump views as an enemy. What will Qatar owe tRump? What will Qatar be willing to do for tRump? Will Qatari soldiers join ICE and terrorise people in the US. Probably not Constitutional. Unless tRump, backed by MAGA SCOTUS says it is. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

    AI

Since the author is herself an entrepreneur, and understands that new technologies often replace older technologies, perhaps she can offer her insights into educating and training next generations to not only use but find employment with new technologies and create the next generation of ideas and tools. Synthesizers, for example, did not replace violins, but there are fewer orchestras and fewer opportunities for violinists to find employment. Schools today are not teaching arts and music which lights up various parts of the brain that enhance mathematical thinking. Students aren't allowed to read certain great literature for fear they will be exposed to ideas, which then prevents them from learning how to critique ideas. They don't learn logic and other critical thinking skills that would allow them to evaluate future technologies and improve upon them. And they certainly aren't sufficiently exposed to philosophy writers who might help them understand the moral and ethical implications of future technologies. In fact, many of us would be far more comfortable with AI if it had not been shown to be so easily capable of lying. For many of us, the fear is that humans will be misled by AI because ethics and morality have not been built into it, and there is no oversight to ensure such rudimentary building blocks are built into AI to ensure it serves humans, not humans serving AI.

Ultra processed foods not all bad

We need to be careful when calling out Ultra Processed Foods. There are UPFs with poor nutritional profiles, such as soft drinks, ultraprocessed meats, sweets, and chips. In contrast, there are also UPFs foods with healthy nutritional profiles such as infant formulas, gluten-free foods, plant-based drinks, whole-grain bread, tofu, vegetable spreads, yogurt, high-quality frozen meals, and sauerkraut.
