Isn't some of this moot because cell carriers (like Verizon, Sprint, Team Mobile) will have to "cooperate" with law enforcement through (in Verizon's case) their Law Enforcement Response Team (L.E.R.T.) and supply judges, lawyers, with cell records which will contain phone numbers called and numbers who called the person, and some texts, as well as cell tower and wifi connection info?
