Man Killed By SMSing Driver

There’s a court case going on in the UK now concerning a man who was killed by a truckdriver who some say was driving wildly because he was trying to type out a text message on his mobile phone while he was driving. He claims he was distracted by paperwork flying around the truck. If it is determined that he was text messaging he’ll be found to have been “wickedly dangerous” in his actions as opposed to just “dangerous”.
