Online Bill Paying Not Working Out

It was just a few years ago that every bank needed to spend lots of money to add online bill paying. Now, however, it seems that many people aren’t using online banking. So, many banks are redoing their sites to make them easier to use. I still think that online banking is definitely the way to go, but it seems like it’s still just too complex for some people.
